Returns & Exchanges

Here at Diva's Boulevard & Co. we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please make sure to take the following steps:

1.  Please contact us at, service@divasboulevard.com and advise us you would like to return or exchange your purchase.  Our customer service team will email you a return/exchange form to be mailed back with your merchandise.  

2.  Items must not be worn, used or tampered with.  If items are in less then perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense.  

3.  Returns must be Post marked within 30-days of order placement 

4.  Unfortunately you are responsible for shipping charges of getting your item back to us.  Original shipping charge is non-refundable.

5.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records.
