Returns & Exchanges

Here at Diva's Boulevard & Co. we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please make sure to take the following steps:

 

1.  Please contact us at, service@divasboulevard.com and advise us you would like to return or exchange your purchase.  Our customer service team will email you a return/exchange form to be mailed back with your merchandise.  

2.  Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with.  If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  • Personal items such as earrings, are not returnable.

3.  Returns must be post marked within 14-days of order placement. 

4.  Unfortunately you are responsible for shipping charges of getting your item back to us.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records.
